Mr. Myers is the Manager of the Contract Management Division for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

He is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of all landside ground transportation activities and services at the Airport. This includes commercial ground transportation providers such as limousines, courtesy vehicles, shared-ride services etc., and managing the hiring of taxicabs by means of a dispatch system except under narrow circumstances and to restrict the taxicabs operating in its dispatch system to those which conform to the Authority’s regulations as well as to the law of the jurisdiction in

which the taxicabs are licensed and operating.

Currently, the Airport permits (regulates) approximately 1,500 taxicabs to operate in its dispatch system. Over two million on-demand taxicab trips originate from the Airport on an annual basis. In addition, he is responsible for all corporate and general aviation activities at the Airport.
