Dear fellow IATR members,

After 36 years of public service with the City of Toronto, I have decided to retire, effective June 30^th, 2010, to pursue other goals and begin a more relaxing phase of my life.  

It truly has been a pleasure being involved in this association, and helping it grow over the past ten years. The friendships that I have developed will be cherished for many years to come.
